Use
For adults, use a pea-sized amount for regular tooth brushing at least twice a day. Children 6 years and under use a pea-sized amount and supervise brushing to minimize ingestion. Consult the dentist or doctor if fluoride is also consumed from other sources. Help with tooth brushing. Keep out of the reach of children.
