Processing of personal data – fulfillment of contract
In connection with your purchase or your participation in one of our competitions with us, you have entered a number of personal data. Including in particular:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your order data, purchase history and payment information (only for purchases)
- Your consent to marketing, newsletters or participation in competitions
- Your behavior when using our website is collected using cookies.
Information submitted on the webshop is not sold to third parties, and is only passed on to third parties in accordance with the policy below and in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Personal data is processed in connection with your participation in one of our competitions, as well as with the processing of your purchase, as it is necessary for us to fulfill our part of the deal, as well as for a limited period afterwards, to ensure that everything goes as it should bowl. This information/data is deleted from our system when we no longer need it and applicable law allows it.
When ordering delivery or participating in one of our competitions, the information about your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will be handed over to our shipping company for the purpose of delivering your purchases or prize.
Processing of personal data – consent
If you have ticked the box “yes thank you for newsletters”, we will process your e-mail address and the information about your purchases/registration with us until it is no longer relevant. This means until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive emails from us. We also obtain consent from you, e.g. in connection with your participation in competitions, processing of personal data as a result of cookies and creation of a user profile.
You can withdraw your consent at any time. You can do this either by using the link at the bottom of our e-mails or by contacting us directly by e-mail and informing that you no longer wish to receive our newsletters or other information from us.
Data security
Regardless of whether we process your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling a contract or on the basis of your consent, we will always process your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable legislation, including the Personal Data Regulation and the Data Protection Act.
Your information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted when this purpose has been fulfilled or is no longer relevant.

If there are errors in our information, you can always ask to have it corrected, just as you have the right to receive the information in a common format (data portability). If you have any wishes for changes or data portability, you are also very welcome to write to us at the above e-mail address.
If you no longer wish for us to process your personal data or for us to limit the processing of your personal data, you can also send us a request for this to the above-mentioned e-mail address.
Your information (except your e-mail address and other relevant information if you have consented to its processing for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted after 5 years or in accordance with the applicable legislation.
