Shipping and delivery options

The total delivery costs are clearly stated when you order goods in the webshop and there is free delivery to the optional delivery point (PostNord Collect) when purchasing for at least DKK 100 for goods with delivery in Denmark. Shipping to countries other than Denmark depends on country and address and shipping costs will be stated in accordance with acceptance of purchase and payment.

Expected delivery time for order to Denmark is between 1 – 3 business days (however up to 7 days can be in busy periods) if the goods are in stock, expected delivery to other countries is 7-10 if the goods are in stock. When shipping abroad, you must be aware of local taxes, taxes and duties, which Fenucure Medical ApS does not take responsibility for.

If we are unable to ship the goods within the specified time, we will provide you with information on this matter by mail or telephone.

www.dentacure.com takes responsibility for the goods until receipt. We ship to Belgium, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Μalta, Cyprus, Netherlands, Denmark, Poland, Estonia, Portugal, Finland, Romania, Slovakia, France, Slovenia, Greece, Spain, Ireland, Sweden, Italy, Czech Republic, Croatia, Germany, Latvia , Hungary, Lithuania, Austria, Norway, United Kingdom, Switzerland, USA, Australia, Iceland, Faroe Islands


Goods are purchased by the following procedure:

• The desired item is added to the shopping cart.

• When the purchase is completed, click on the shopping cart link.

• From here you can delete or change the number of goods ordered.

• Mark that you agree to the terms of trade. When the terms of trade is accepted then select contact and recipient information

• The desired delivery method and payment method are selected

• The purchase is confirmed and payment made.

• You will then receive an electronic order confirmation by mail.

Your payment options

All prices are stated in Danish prices incl. VAT and other taxes on the Danish pages and in Euro on the foreign pages. Payment for the goods can be done online using the following payment options (money is only deducted when the goods are shipped):

Delivery of the goods

For Danish deliveries, Post Nord is used and for deliveries outside Denmark we use GLS.

Returns / Returns

The following types of goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

Delivery of sealed items which for health protection or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery. For example, foods, over-the-counter medicines, health food products, cosmetics, etc. The term “seal” also includes special packaging which protects the goods and serves as a guarantee that the goods have not been opened. Which means that if you have broken the seal of the item, your cancellation right lapses for the above-mentioned hygienic reasons.


In accordance with the rules of the Purchasing Act, you as a consumer are granted 24 months right of warranty on all goods. If there are any defects or defects in the item, please contact us as soon as possible.

However, you may not exercise the right of claim if the fault is caused by damage or wear, directly or indirectly as a result of improper use or poor maintenance. Likewise, you are required to contact us within 2 months of the error being detected.

Privacy Policy

Secure and encrypted payment online

If credit card payments are made at the webshop, the payment is made on a secure connection which guarantees that your payment information is not available to unauthorized persons. When the payment is made online, it is done through a secure encrypted method through the webshop system and a secure payment gateway. The payment gateway functions as the Dankort terminal managed by Pensopay, which complies with the international PCI DSS certification – A certification that defines a number of requirements for storing, transferring and handling credit card data.

Your personal data

Your contact information is stored for the purpose of delivering the item to you. When collecting personal data through the webshop, we ensure that it always happens with your full acceptance, as the purchase cannot be completed unless the terms of trade are approved here. It is your assurance that you are informed of exactly what information is being collected and why. Your IP address is recorded for security reasons when making a purchase. The IP address and possibly personal information is disclosed to the police in the case of fraudulent payments, fraud and credit card fraud.


Information provided on the webshop is in no way sold to third parties and is only disclosed in accordance with these terms of trade and Fenucure Medical’s privacy policy. All information is stored on highly secure servers.

Law and venue:

The purchase is subject to Danish law and jurisdiction is the district court in the city of Lyngby, Denmark.


The policy must help ensure and document that Fenucure Medical ApS (hereafter Fenucure) protects all personal data in accordance with the terms of the Personal Data Regulation. The policy also provides information on the processing and use of the registered personal data. Fenucure has also appointed the company’s CEO as Data Protection Officer.

We have compiled a list (data register) of the processing of personal data. The list gives an overview of the treatments for which the company is responsible

The personal information is a prerequisite for Fenucure to recruit, enter into employment contracts and sell and market its products directly to consumers online.

Purpose and legality of data processing

Fenucure processes personal information in connection with:

Personnel management, including recruitment, hiring, resignation and payroll processing

Sales to consumers through our website fenucure.com and online marketing including cookies

We only use the personal data for the purposes stated, and we only collect the information necessary for the purpose.

Personal Data Policy – Personnel Management

Storage and deletion of data

Fenucure has introduced the following general guidelines for the storage and deletion of personal data concerning applicants, employees and former employees.

Personal information is stored in physical folders

Personal information is stored in IT systems and on external server drives

Personal data is only kept for as long as necessary for the purpose of the processing

All applications must be sent to info@fenucure.com. Personal data for applicants is deleted after 6 months.

Privacy Policy

Fenucure has implemented the following security measures for the protection of personal data:

Only employees who have a work-related need for access to the registered personal data can access it either physically or through IT systems with rights management.

All computers have a password, and employees must not pass on their passwords to others.

Computers have installed firewall and antivirus software that is constantly updated.

Personal data is erased in a proper manner when phasing out and repairing IT equipment.

USB keys, external hard drives, etc. with personal information is stored in locked drawer or cupboard.

Physical folders are located in locked office or locked lockers.

Personal information in physical folders is deleted by shredding.

All relevant employees are instructed in the processing and protection of personal data.


Personal information about employees can be disclosed to public authorities, such as SKAT and pension companies.

Data processors

Fenucure uses only data processors which can guarantee that they will implement the appropriate technical and organizational security measures to comply with the requirements of the personal data right. A written data processing agreement is concluded with these.


Fenucure safeguards the data subject’s rights, including the right of access, withdrawal of consent, rectification and deletion, and informs the data subjects about the company’s processing of personal data. The data subjects have the right to appeal to the Data Inspectorate.

Violation of personal data security

In the event of a breach of the personal data security, Fenucure reports as soon as possible and within 72 hours the breach to the Data Inspectorate. The company’s Data Protection Officer is responsible for this happening. The report describes the breach, what groups of people it concerns and what consequences the breach can have for these individuals, as well as how Fenucure has remedied or will remedy the breach. In cases where the breach involves a high risk to the persons about whom Fenucure processes personal data, we will notify them. Fenucure documents all breaches of personal data security.
